The supporting riders of Robert De Haan made the job easy for him, and he managed to claim the victory safely. He was hardly threatened by his competitors, Sebastian Mainer, second, and Jack Warringa, third.
My legs felt good today, so when the end was near, I gave it everything I had, said Robert De Haan after winning Trofeo Colonia del Sacramento. My team supported me well, they helped me sitting in the perfect position for a sprint.
