Rudolph Britz closes deal

Early on the stage, five optimistic riders attacked on the first climbs of Swazi Gold Race. They managed to keep a gap between them and the peloton until they reached the final climb. At the bottom of the climb, the group of favourites passed them. Rider by rider, they couldn't keep up with the tempo set by IndieRock, who were supporting Anselino Flores. Right behind the riders of IndieRock was Rudolph Britz and Pierre Deuring lurking. Anselino Flores looked strong, and seemed to have a good day, but when Pierre Deuring launched an attack, only Rudolph Britz could follow. Rudolph Britz made a counter-attack and was suddenly alone in the front, as Anselino Flores caught up Pierre Deuring once again. Rudolph Britz secured his victory without problems, while Anselino Flores was faster in the sprint than Pierre Deuring.
I'm still in shock. When the attack started earlier today, I didn't expect to end up as winner, said the happy Goege Team rider, Rudolph Britz. Only at the very end, I realized that this could be my chance, and so it was.
It's good to see Rudolph Britz fulfilling his ambitions winning this stage. He deserves the victory more than anyone else, said the proud manager of Goege Team, Goege, and continued: The team was a good support for him (Rudolph Britz) today, and he clearly proved his worth in the break away today.
