Vuksan Todi? has success in Descenso del Cerro Castillo


  Even though several riders tried to break away, no one managed to keep it going in Descenso del Cerro Castillo. The strongest riders in the peloton stayed together in the leading group. The finishing climb became a secretion of riders, until Vuksan Todi? (Jenica) and Lazar Šipka (Jenica) were alone in the front. As it looked as they were heading for a sprint on the top, Lazar Šipka suddenly could follow Vuksan Todi? who climbed the final kilometre alone. The audience cheered as Vuksan Todi? crossed the line with his arms raised high. Lazar Šipka came in a little later as second. The third place were terminated by a group of 4 who sprinted a long. Jugoslav Ljubinkovi? was fastest in the group, and safely took the third place.
Vuksan Todi? was happy with the result. It has been my dream for a long time to win this stage, and finally I succeed, said the smiling winner.
Jenica's manager, ISK, was satisfied after the result in Descenso del Cerro Castillo. Vuksan Todi? did very well today. Everything turned out as we planned it, and Vuksan Todi? had the power to win, said the manager.
