Barthélémy Grand makes his dream come true

Many climbs, a sunny day and several attacks shaped the race in Altoona - Loretto. One after another, the riders tried to break away from the main group, though no one could succeed.
When the final climb was near, Titanium and Cenon Basadre made sure no one could attack by setting a high tempo in the lead. At the end of the climb, only the strongest climbers were in front. With 1.5 kilometres to go, (Titanium) launched an attack, which Cenon Basadre (Equipo Verde) and Barthélémy Grand (Titanium) easily countered.
Théobald Allemand lost Cenon Basadre's wheel when the sprint was launched, and Barthélémy Grand had a close sprint with Cenon Basadre. Barthélémy Grand was the fastest in the sprint, leaving Cenon Basadre only a few inches behind. Théobald Allemand, who had no power left for the sprint, secured his third place only 3 seconds later.
I'm still surprised that I could do this. Only when I was getting near the finishing line I realized that I had the chance of winning, said a shocked, but happy, Barthélémy Grand and continues: I owe my team a big thank for their great support today. Without them, this couldn't be possible.
It's good to see Barthélémy Grand fulfilling his ambitions winning this stage. He deserves the victory more than anyone else, said the proud manager of Titanium, Alfred, and continued: The team was a good support for him (Barthélémy Grand) today, and he clearly proved his worth in the break away today.
