Team Holmegaard had the race under control as Lüneburg - Stendal was about to be terminated in a tough sprint. The supporting riders of Jokum Ådahl made the job easy for him, and he managed to claim the victory safely. He was hardly threatened by his competitors, Klas Møller, second, and Ejvind Pingel, third.
My legs felt good today, so when the end was near, I gave it everything I had, said Jokum Ådahl after winning Lüneburg - Stendal. My team supported me well, they helped me sitting in the perfect position for a sprint.
The manager of Team Holmegaard was proud of his rider today. Jokum Ådahl has been training and preparing himself for this race. It's an important victory - both for Jokum Ådahl but also for the team.
