Wout Pierewaaijer insured a proud victory for peddelen in Vejle-København. Only a few inches ahead of the other sprinters, Wout Pierewaaijer showed prosmising sprinting abilities. Right behind him, the two rivals, Allen Almquist (PEKAC B) and Yrjö Tikkanen (NJ procycling), became second and third respectively.
My legs felt good today, so when the end was near, I gave it everything I had, said Wout Pierewaaijer after winning Vejle-København. My team supported me well, they helped me sitting in the perfect position for a sprint.
The stage couldn't turn out any better than this. Wout Pierewaaijer did a perfect job today, said pete, manager of peddelen, after the race.
