   Essex Tour

With terrible weather the riders started in Colchester for the Essexy Tour.
The three stages through Essex promised an exciting race. Stage one ended in Saffron Waldon and it was Joshua Lombard, NECFTW who took the victory.
He could not enjoy long of his leaders jersey. In stage two, the race would be decided. Andeby won stage two with Johan Skogstad.

Stage one was won by Vedran Jankovic, Team Maxy. He was fastest of them all. Abs stars was favourite in stage two and he succeded and won it with Fidel Viana.
The mountains around Littleton mold the standing into something defenitive and Twente Cycling Team rider Jeremy Dooley was the first to pass the finish.
Jeremy Dooley extended his lead by winning stage four to Mount Jefferson too and made it three with a victory on Mount Washington.

   Antwerpen - Huy

The last cobble classic in Top division is the Belgian race from Antwerpen to Huy and passes the infamous cobbled streets of Flanders.
With strong winds it was a great race were man had to battle his fellow men and nature itself. Arriving in Huy it was the famous Mur that awaited them for a final blow.
From under the mud we could see a happy Vuong Duc The as he realized he had won the biggest trophy in his carreer. He beat Manu Untereiner, Opium Fueled and Rodolfo Gomez, ekaitz team.

   Lappi Sea GP

The roads around Lappi Sea invited the great hill riders of division two for another great spectacle.
Under the Nordic light it was a breathtaking sight to see the peloton ride under a blanket of green, blue and red. The riders had no eye for all this beauty as they had to focus on the hills to come.
In the end the peloton was no more and small groups of riders moved to

the countryside. Van Melton, Super Velo was the strongest of the first group and took a great victory.
He beat Otto Skoglund, CCFC and Fredeick Longosiwa, Nairobi City Cycling Club.

   Grasse - Toulon

From Finland to France and division two had their second hill/sprint classic of the week. Most of the riders that raced in Finland moved to France.
And not only the weather was better. It was warmer and more cyclefriendly as the French woke up from the early spring sun. Through the fields from Grasse to Toulon the riders kept the pace high.
It was in the streets of Toulon that Cao Huixiong broke free from Frederick Longosiwa and claimed victory.

   Uttendorf - Matrei in Osttirol

The Austrian mountains in Osttirol were the scenery of the divison seven race. The climbers from that division all wanted to win the cow statue. Any trophy is important, even a cow trophy.
From Uttendorf they passed a few mountain peaks before they had to climb the biggest of them all. The Grossglockner is the peak with the finishline and one by one the climber cracked.
In the end it was Loló Sita who was alone at last and he had to battle the last few kilometers all by himself. A great battle, man versus mountain. Man was victorious in the end.

  1. Loló Sita, Nikoline
  2. Michal Urbanowski, Motor Motol
  3. Jimmy Weepu, Willunga Hill
