  The streets around Antwerpen are again filled with mud, moss and manure that will haunt the riders as they race across uneven paved cobbled streets. Let us meet the brave fellows who are chosing by their teammanagers to battle it out on these unforgiven streets
  
   Team Seidel
  
  Team Seidel enterend Tweedaagse van Antwerpen with Norwegian champion Even Erlandsen. A great cobbler but, it is still strange to see a cobble guy wear the national jersey of a top flight nation.
  
   Die Tour Phantome
  
  Abraham Valladares is in topform and that means that Die Tour Phantome is prepared for this tour. The lack of pave pacers could cost him a victory but this rider is ready to surprise.
  
   1 2 Cycle
  
  Another great cobbler is Manu Untereiner of 1 2 Cycle. He scored well in Zyte division but is still struggling in Top division. Could Tweedaagse van Antwerpen be his turning point, he has some decent cobblers with him.
  
   Cremtec
  
  Romo Ondras is leading the Cremtec squad. The Slovakian is more than decent on the cobbles but will most likely fall behind when the better cobblers are putting the pace higher then expected.
  
   Team Majones
  
  Team Majones signed up for Tweedaagse van Antwerpen with his bunch of time trial riders and is willing to struggle behind if he can do good in the first stage. His aim is to win the prologue and everything else is just bonus.
  
   NECFTW
  
  With Edvard Øien and Eric Isnard, NECFTW has the same aim as Team Majones and it will be a battle between these riders on every stage. On the first stage for the victory on the others for not finishing last.
  
   Vientiane Cycling
  
  Otto Nøddebo is the captain for Vientiane Cycling.

The Laos based team has high hopes with this rider. With victories in the better races in lower divisions this rider has already proven himself. He will go for a General Classification victory here.
  
   Jonas Pro Cycling
  
  Some say Sigurd Guldhammer is too old for this shit but, he is all Jonas has. And that is the reason he signed up for this race. Let him shine again. The lack of pave pacers will see Sigurd in the back. It is still nice to see him in a race like this.
  
   Team Tirilla
  
  From one Danish team to another, Team Tirilla has signed up Adrian Dudziak for this race as captain and he brings a good team of pave pacers with him. Adrian Dudziak is a competitor for the General Classification.
  
   superduke
  The all Dutch team of superduke is riding for Nick Van Duin. The Dutch cobble star is here to catch a nice result in either a stage or in the General Classification. A victory could be possible but he would bring a big truckload full of luck with him for that.
  
   Glamourade
  
  Thibaut Camus is the captain for Glamourade and it is a nice cobbler from the south of France. The lack of support for him is something that worries me. He will not be a complete competitor for the General Classification just like the other good cobblers with no support.
  
   ekaitz team
  
  Rodolfo Gomez is back but with another team. He lead ekaitz team now in an all Spanish armada. He has good support with him and we can see him battle for the top positions in the Generall Classification.
  
   Kremer
  
  Time trial team number three is from Poland, Kremer joined with five good racers and one cucumber. The cucumber is there just to be Kremer's private cucumber and his sole reason of being is being called a cucumber. Stage one, nothing more.
  
  

Rigana
  
  Rigana is trying to win Tweedaagse van Antwerpen with Carmine Damiano. He is in topform and already knows what it takes to win this race. Will he be able to win it again. He will have to do the almost impossible. Lack of pave pacer will probably set him back.
  
   Megaman
  
  Megaman is bringing in six time trial riders and the battle for the first stage will be a fierce one with so many good time trial specialist. Paio Alencar is here to take the prize for Megaman.
  
   The Killers
  
  Romanian champion Mihnea Manta will be praying for a good result. He is great on the cobble stones but his final jump is so slow that my grandma can even outsprint him. He will try to win a stage and becomes a 'praying manta' for General Classification victory.
  
   Legia
  
  Sprinter Miron Lewi?ski is leading the squad of Legia and he is a very good sprinter. But the stages around Antwerpen are paved with cobbles and Miron is not buitl for cobbles. His delicate behind will go sore from them and he will not be able to finish the race without putting ointment on his behind.
  
   Nairobi City Cycling Club
  
  The Kenyan based team of Nairobi City Cycling Club is in with his usual suspects with Ratko ?i?i? wearing the captain´s belt. He is a rider that can win stage one and in the end fall back into obscurity.
  
   Drapeau Noir
  
  Finally a team that shows dedication and finesse. With a great cobbler like Cristobal Zubizarreta, in topform and with more than decent support this is a team that really wants to win this race. Will this be Delion´s fifth victory. He is my favourite for this race.
  
   CARCYCL
  
  Talking about good riders, Kauto Turunen managed to sign up with CARCYCL just in time to take the last spot. His experience and team is able to give it a go and try to secure a very good General Classification position. A would be surprise in my book
