The nationteams in division A are about to start on their special Clash of Nations tournament. A closed circuit of seven races all around the globe. With a different scenery every race. Timetrial, sprinting, climbing, cobbles, hills, every terrain OCM is known for will pass the venue.

Let us introduce the races and suggest some nations that might do good there. Not every race is active yet or has seen a complete list of entries yet but what not is, can become.

   CoN Delhi

India will be the first host as always. The mountains around Delhi are well known to wreak havoc among the riders. Although it is named Delhi, we are well aware that these slops the riders race on are the start of the Himalaya mountains who are draped over the complete India region like a silk Ghungat on a woman. The nations to watch for are most likely Poland and Romania.

   CoN Beijing

China is number two. The climbers can rest and the sprinters have arrived. The flat roads in the capital are suitable for a great bunch sprint. Eight laps on a closed circuit will give the Chinese fans a great spectacle. Biggest opponent will be

the smog in the city but riders are allowed to carry an extra canister of fresh air on their back. England and Germany are the dangerous nations here.

   CoN Washington City TT

America, land of the free and brave is inviting the riders in the Washington area. Timetrial specialist are here to entertain the masses. Through the capital and passing many American historical monuments and memorials the riders will do their best to clock a good time. Most likely missing all that surrounds them. Norway and Italy are nations to be watched

   CoN Sydney

The hills north west of Sydney are venue four. These hills of Sydney around the Parramatta area give a complete new range of riders a challenge. It will be the ones that can cope with the descent and accent of the bumps aswel as having a sprint available when the finish comes closer. Small groups are expected to arrive. Belgium and the Netherlands have capable hillers that can win here.

   CoN Paris

Paris, le vin, la Seine et l'amour and that dreadful cobblestone. These rocks will shake the riders to bits and pieces. Terrorize

their limps, mangle their bikes and overpowering their will to continue that is what these rocks are known for. Only the hardest man survives here. Favourites are Spain and Belgium.

   CoN Rio de Janeiro

Those beautiful beaches are waiting in Rio de Janeiro. The sea, the sound of waves breaking and the gorgeous scenery of parading bodies at the shoreline. CoN Brazil is the most favourite race in this tournament. If you are a reporter. The riders await many climbs and very hot weather. The Brasilian enthousiasm will ease their pain a little bit when they try and reach for gold. America and Spain are favourite here.

   CoN Cape Town

Last but not least. Cape Town holds the finale of the CoN. Is it already decided or is there much at stake still. If it is the latter that is a bonus because in itself this is a great race. The best sprinters want to shine for their nation again. And some might want to take revenge on the Beijing failure the experienced. Australia and Germany are nations that are special here.

Our best CoN was Washington last season, but I'll be happy to swap it with Paris this season!

Thanks for keeping us updated on CoN, Finz. Not very easy to keep track of without your helpful articles, and I enjoy it a lot.
