Rotterdam - Amsterdam
All the top teams gathered in the Netherlands for the World Tour stage Rotterdam - Amsterdam. The best sprinters with the finest lead outs were ready for this race.
Everybody wanted the win, but there was more at stake. The overall World Tour classification. You could feel that Spain did everything to stay with Belgium. England and the Netherlands tried their best to surprise the Spaniards. But in the streets of Amsterdam, Canada took advantage of the fact that the teams were looking at each other. Evan Topper (Quick Step Minded) jumped away from the pack to get an easy win ahead of Englands Cadman Kantor (thedutchies) and Belgian Kristian Roels (California Mist). Ronaldinho Viana (radu) finished nineth securing the victory for Spain. Spanish national manager was delighted, SoKoM from | | CGPBMARCH was a very happy manager today.
Ningde - Luoyuan
Division B was filled with enthousiast team that travelled to China for the stage in Ningde. Not many teams took time to do that but, those that did made us forget about those that did not.
In Luoyuan a big crowd awaited the riders. And they saw a bunch sprint because the teams kept the peloton together for the entire race. Nobody escaped from the big sprinter teams.
Sveinþór Ásson (Team Legends) was the strongest rider and took the win for Iceland. He beat Irish Drew Weis (Burren Connemara) and Hungarian Lipták Aurél (Team Katona).
The teams and national managers are preparing themselves for the last race next week. But we would like to congratulate team Spain for the overall victory.
