National Heroes - Part 2
by Yuri, at 4/12-12 - 15:28 GMT

This time we focus on the Netherlands and Canada. The Netherlands is a mighty nation when it comes to OCM and they have enormous depth to call on for the World Tour. With all this talent to choose from this makes it all the more difficult to reach the magical 50 mark.

Canada is a nation with a lot less depth. What they lack in numbers they make up for in heart.

Jens Waesbergen started his carreer in season 9 at Shorty Boys. Without racing a race he was transferred to Team Hollandia which he left after a short period to join Legia. Legia decided to sell him on the same day he hired him to Cyklista where he became a great rider. While riding for The Killers he continued with winning and getting results. SC of Germany Tour a 2nd place in the GC of Essex and another win in Norwich-London.

This season at the age of 35 he is still able to score points for his team in top division. If you can do that you are a big man.
