Perm is no longer a Topdivision tour after its relegation to division three.
For a couple of seasons the great tour in the Russian Ural mountains is not a favourite for the Topdivision teams.

OCM has found a capable replacement with the backing of the towns of Sagunto and Morella.

Located in Valencian region, this six stage tour is new in the Topdivision, giving the teams what they desire most. Warmth and better roads.
This tour will start in the town of Sagunto, once owned by the famous El Cid. The great knight in medieval Spain and a great starting place to honour this great warrior.
  El Cid

will be with the riders at the start to guide them through the Valencian scenery as he did with his soldiers a thousand years ago.

We will visit in this tour the various castles in the Castellón region, where this tour receives his, already known, name from.
The Vuelta de los Castillos will give the riders a great beating and will challenge them to go deep and search their inner monster to survive.
Halfway they will be in Castellón city, to ride in the sea breeze that is always blowing here at the shores of the Mediteranean Sea.
But this is just a warm up for the cruel stages ahead. The organisers have two nice stage ready for the riders, if they still feel good.
Morella, as a sponsor, is host to the king stage and it is a bad thing with five big

peaks.
Every rider that survived that stage and can still know his own name is a contender for the General Classification.
Fifth stage is going to the hills of the region of Morella, and to close the tour we go back to the beach with a timetrial in the Castillo de Peñíscola.

This Tour will be better suited for the Topdivision teams. It is in Spain, at the Mediteranean, and between the big cities of Barcelona and Valencia.
But when they think they can relax after the tour and go for the Valencian nightlife, El Cid will make sure they are thinking they never changed Perm for los Castillos.
El Cid will break every rider, and only one will be good enough to challenge El Cid.
