On a sunny Autumn afternoon, a group of people conspire, the world unaware to their intentions.
  It's nice and warm and the Cappuccino warm and fluffy, the Seagulls filled the air with chatter.
  A duck here and there swimming on the water, a light breeze shaking the leaves and reed along the shores.
  
  It's a perfect day for the birth of a new project along the ranks of OCM. A newspaper!

managers are embracing this project that aims to give every division and every ideology a steady flow of articles.
  The aim is simple: Have several updates per week. This will not be an easy goal, but hopefully with the backing of the OCM board of directors, that showed interest but are yet to confirm support, this project can go far.
  An obvious choice of focus is Division 1, but other Divisions and other subjects are also being taken into account and will surely be given the spotlight too.
  
  For now, the basic structure will give emphasis to tours from all divisions. Also one aim is to have a weekly division 1 update and, at

least, once every 2 weeks for division 2. Regular updates are also planned for division 3, with division 4 still on the cards. Another possibility is the return of the "In focus" series. These long time favourites are sure to return on the near future. Along with the maintenance of such articles like the young guns, seasonal reviews and other pundit columns.
