  The Monte Rosa is a short five stages tour showing the beautiful nature of Switzerland.
  
  The start will be a short prologue in Bern. Sprinting, TQ and offcourse TT skills will be a must.

  The next etappe will be starting in Bern and finishing in the capitale Olympique Lausanne. After lots of hills and even more hills the peloton will be sprinting for glory. This etappe might be to hard for the sprinters and to soft for the real GC riders.

  Etappe 3 is the king stage. Lausanne - Monte Rosa.
  Lots of climbing should shape up the GC.
  ***** Theodoor van Someren uit Amersfoort:
  
  Etappe 4: Lugano - St. Moritz.
  Last chance for the GC riders. Again lots of climbing. After this stage the GC should not chance anymore.

  Etappe 5. Genève - Genève
  The parade race. This will be a sprinting match.

  The Sprinting Teams.
  
  ABK: Also known as team Beast. No need to introduce Mollerup.
  Top 3 probally in stage 1,2 and 5.
  
  Megaman
  Megaman has with Paco Pánfilo a decent prologue rider but the real question will be. Can team Megaman kill the Beast. Very strong sprinters collective could suprise in etappe 2 and will surely be in the top 3 in the final stage.
  
  Barry2.
  Nice allround team. With Tord Dahlkvist favorite in the prologue and probally top 5 places

in etappe 2 and 5.

  Strong sprinting team without a real sprinting captain. Could suprise in etappe 2 and 5.
  
  Greenride
  One of the best teams but without a real captain. Strong climbers and mighty sprinters. Stanimir Yevdokimov could be the JC winner and Óscar Balsemão will be top 3 in etappe 5.
  
  mistermiyagi
  Alban Sergent has top form and is favorite for etappe 2 and will be aiming for top 5 in Geneve-Geneve.For the rest a weak team although Geraldo Sandoval could suprise with a top 10 spot in one of the mountain stages.
  
  
  The GC teams.
  
  Amersfoort:
  Captain Theodoor van Someren is strong favorite in the mountain stages. Would be no1 contester for GC if he manages to survive the prologue.
  Also a problem might be his lack of support from team mates.
  
  Brzeszcze
  Strong allround team. Top 5-10 places in all stages should be possible. Hall Haswell a GC contendor has top form and is very allround.
  
  CycleMotor.
  A strong supporting team and the high hopes of the Portugese as captain. With such teamsupport Élvio Aguiar is clearly the Monte GC favorite.
   Top 3 in stage 3,4 and top 5 in stage 2. Aguiar could suprise also in the prologue.
  
  Fertiberia Cajasur
  A very good supporting team and 2 captains. Montague Taffe will be GC contendor and Polidefkis Chatzopoulos could suprise in the GC.
  Top 5 in stage 2,3 and 4 and top 5 in GC.

  While dreaming of the Volta Kasper Czechowski will be competing in Monte Rosa. A strong team and top form should increase his chances for a top 10 in GC. Theiss Nørskov will be

aiming for top 3 in etappe 2 and could suprise the real GC riders.

  With this lineup for the Monte the teamname should be Firstplace1414. Strongest team and with Yasir Sahir a top 3 GC contestor.
  
  Presure
  Team Tito. Tito Vera one of the best OCM climbers will be defending this squads honnor. With only Carlos Zegers as a good team mate GC will be hard. Top 3 in the mountain stages and top 10 in GC should be possible.
  
  
  Suprise me teams.
  
  Cider Riders
  Captain will be crazy downhiller Stacy Lebrun. Maybe top 10 in the mountain stages.
  
  Bergeforsen cycling.
  Very nice strong climbing team. The only problem is the lack of a decent captain. Could suprise in mountain stages.
  
  Die Tour Phantome
  Nice team without a real captain. Egidio Bonomi could be top 10 GC and Jannick Oldenbeuving could win the prologue.
  
  Goroli.
  With a cobbler champ and no real support any result will be a suprise.
  
  Jorcoweb
  Some nice allrounders in the team but ok in everything is probally just nog good enough. The prologue could be the only chance for succes. Leotrim Dade and Yorrick Hollander should be top 10 in the prologue.
  
  
  Team JAN
  Probaly after the prologue the Monte Rosa is finished for team Jan. 2 strong prologue riders and a climbing captain without support. Top 10 in etappe 1.
  
  YCO
  Nice riders, no captain probally just not good enough. Frank Croxford could suprise in Geneve-Geneve because of his top form. Good for YCO that he will be returning from injury just before Geneve-Geneve.
